WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF CARBON FIBER FABRIC/CLOTH?

Production process of carbon fiber cloth:
Hanging-yarn
1. Hanging yarn:
Hang the carbon filament on the yarn rack to prepare for the subsequent steps.
Threading-yarn
2. Threading yarn:
Pass the carbon fiber filament through each paddle and steel wire in an orderly manner to ensure that the yarn is neatly arranged.
Hanging-tail-wire
3. Hanging tail wire:
After heating, the tail wire will melt, thus binding the carbon filaments and preventing them from loosening.
Weaving
4. Weaving:
Selecting the right carbon filament quality and weaving process is crucial to the quality of the final finished carbon fiber fabric.
Winding
5. Winding:
When the carbon fiber cloth is woven to the set number of meters, the machine will automatically stop for the next operation.
Unloading-cloth
6. Unloading cloth:
Finally, the woven carbon fiber cloth is packaged and stored to complete the entire production process.
